However, for us, Earth Hour is more than just an hour for Earth…
It is a symbol of unity.

It is a movement for our own futures, for the benefit of all people and the planet.
It is only one hour, but it is the most important hour.
On March 26, 2022 at 8:30 pm, we switched off our lights for one hour and did our part in saving Planet Earth.

Finance House participates in Terry Fox 2019
The Terry Fox Run Abu Dhabi is a non-competitive event where people get together as individuals and families to raise money for cancer research in Terry’s name. It is a day of celebrating Terry Fox’s legacy and helping to keep alive his dream of finding a cure for cancer.
Finance House staff participated in the event on 19 April 2019 to help raise funds for cancer research by running at Al Bahar, Abu Dhabi, Corniche.

Finance House Celebrates Mother’s Day
As an expression of our appreciation towards the phenomenal hard-working mothers amongst our employees, we conducted a Mother’s Day Event filled with activities and gifts.
A celebration of motherhood, this initiative aimed to emphasize the importance of family bonds and to close the distances to help make this Mother’s Day a special one.
Finance House Participates in Earth Hour 2019
Finance House Group participated in Earth Hour 2019 by switching off all the lights at branches on 30 March 2019.
The Earth Hour initiative is a global initiative dedicated to the conservation of energy and raising awareness about the environment.
Insurance House Held its General Assembly Meeting for 2019
The Board Members of Insurance House (IH) gathered on Monday 14th January 2019 for the General Assembly Meeting to discuss the issuance of non-transferrable bonds during the Year 2019. The meeting was conducted at Al Mafraq Hotel, Abu Dhabi, and headed by Mohammed Abdulla Jumaa Alqubaisi, Chairman of Insurance House.
Finance House hosted “Etisalat Road Show” at its Head Office Branch
In collaboration with Etisalat, Finance House hosted the “Etisalat Road Show” at the Head Office in Abu Dhabi. Etisalat brought many corporate deals, including; special mobile benefits, services and plans to our staff.
The event was conducted over 3 days in September 2018. It started on the 18th and concluded on the 20th of September 2018.
Finance House sponsors the President’s Cup for Open Water Swimming Championship
Finance House was privileged to sponsor the President’s Cup for Open Water Swimming Championship in Al Hudayriat Island, Abu Dhabi under the supervision of the UAE Swimming Federation and coincided with the 47th UAE National Day Celebrations on 1st December 2018.
The tournament kicked off early on in the morning and continued till evening. Aside from the main swimming competition, the event included many cultural activities and workshops.
Our sponsorship of this event, comes as part of our commitment to support key sporting activities in the United Arab Emirates which cultivate a healthy and thriving society. We continue to work hard so we can give back and play an active role in supporting a healthier community.
Finance House Celebrates the UAE’s 47th National Day
For 47 full years, the United Arab Emirates stood proud as a beacon of unity, peace and stability. Since its establishment, the United Arab Emirates grew into a strong country due to the well-established values of the founding father the late Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan and continue till date under the wise leadership of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
We at Finance House wanted to commemorate the National Day and celebrate the spirit of the union in festive fashion with our valued staff on Tuesday 27th November 2018.
Our staff were able to engage with the Emirati Heritage and enjoy a wide array of traditional activities.
The festivities began early on in the morning and lasted all day long.
