How It Works
Campaign Period: 1st September 2025 to 30th September 2025
Who Can Participate: Only pre-selected cardholders who have been active spenders over the last 6 months. You will be notified directly by Finance House if you are eligible.
Eligible Transactions: Retail purchases made in AED or foreign currency, including groceries, clothing, electronics, dining, travel bookings, utility bill payments via approved bank channels, entertainment subscriptions, and online retail purchases like Amazon and Noon.
Excluded Transactions: Spending on lottery, gaming, remittances, transaction reversals, Easy Cash, balance transfers, and cash advances will not count toward the campaign.
Important Conditions:
Cashback will be credited within 45 days after the campaign ends (by 15th November 2025).
Your card must be active and in good standing at the time cashback is posted. Cards that are blocked, delinquent or under investigation will not qualify.

Additional Terms:
Finance House reserves the right to amend suspend or cancel the Campaign or any part of it without any prior notification to the Cardholders. For the avoidance of doubt, the amendment, suspension or termination of this Offer by Finance House shall not entitle the Cardholder to any claim, compensation of loss or damages from Finance House.
Cardholders eligible under this Campaign may also participate in other Finance House campaigns, provided they meet respective eligibility criteria.
The decision of Finance House regarding any aspect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
Cardholders agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finance House, and their directors, managers, employees, agents and contractors from all liabilities incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by the Cardholder of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Cardholders agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.
Finance House reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the cardholder.
The cardholder agrees not to settle any matter without the written consent of Finance House.
Cardholder personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable UAE data protection laws. Cardholders may opt out of receiving campaign communications at any time by contacting Finance House at 600511114 Provide number
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Finance House Credit Card General Terms and Conditions governing the Finance House card cards and the Cardholder agrees to be unconditionally bound by the same. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the General Credit Card Terms and Conditions, the General Credit Card Terms and Conditions will prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by and are subject to the laws of United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising out of or in relations to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts. However, Finance House reserves the right to pursue any legal action or claim in other jurisdictions with respect to these Terms and their breach thereof, if it deems appropriate.
