Update Your Emirates ID

Following the instructions of the Central Bank of UAE, we request our valued customers to update their information with us.

To update your information with us, please follow these steps:

1-For Finance House or CartNet Credit Cardholders;

  • Copy of valid Emirates ID (front & back)

2-PayDay clients should provide an Excel File with the following details for each employee;

  • Copy of valid Emirates ID (front & back)
  • Employee’s Name
  • PayDay Card number

Please note that failing to do so, will result in blocking your Card from the following:

  • Withdrawal of funds from ATMs
  • Conducting Direct Debit Transactions
  • Making payments through the Card
