Photography & Filming ConsentFinance House and participating organizers will be taking photographs and videos at the event. By participating, you grant Finance House and participating organizers the right to use any images captured for archival, promotional, and marketing purposes, including social media. If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know upon arrival and we will make all reasonable efforts to facilitate this request. However, you acknowledge that we film many of the event activities and it may not be possible to avoid capturing audience members in the background. If you ask a question or otherwise participate, you may be specifically featured. With respect to Minors’ participation, it is our intent not to film or photograph specific children without the consent of their parent/guardian, however it may not be possible to avoid capturing individuals in more general photos of an event.

Health, Safety & Liability Waiver I warrant that I am in good physical condition and have no medical impairments that would prevent my safe participation in this activity. I confirm that I take full responsibility for my own safety and hereby release and hold harmless Finance House and participating organizers from any claims for injury, accident, or other incident arising out of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
