Manage the Retail Profit & lost. (P&L)
Develop and enhance customer-centric product delivery processes.
Achieve set targets to minimize attrition and retain market share in the UAE by being proactive in determining customers who may switch to the competition.
Co-ordinates with associations and other members FH on card related operational matters.
Closely work with key stakeholders of the business including but not limited to Ops, IT, RMD, BI, service channels and etc.
Project management to ensure successful implementation of KPI tasks.
Support development and implementation of a product management strategy according to the company strategy, set goals and initiate measures to reach these goals and to improve the overall section’s performance
Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against the section’s goals.
Responsible for result-oriented management and development of people and resources, including a provision of a strong day-to-day leadership presence involving resource allocation, monitoring, reporting, and conducting regular staff meetings.
Initiate, develop, implement and ensure adherence of policies and procedures
Build and implement the Product Marketing /Branding Strategy.
Responsible for all product related issues within the whole organization in accordance with underwriting guidelines
Manage the department expenditure and requirements, keeping in mind its impact and utilization on the financial budget.
Desired Skills and Experience
Marketing strategy and campaigns and development.
Sufficient experience in supervisory position in a similar post.
Good knowledge of English Language (spoken & written).
